Taking over the entire Himalayas Museum, Sean Scully does something that has not been attempted before: a career-length exhibition of a western abstract artist in China. His exhibition is part of the Biennale in Shanghai and features more than 100 works, oil, pastels, drawings, and photographs. One of the pieces will be Backs and Fronts, the work that broke the logjam of American minimalist painting.
